Camellia Room


The Camellia Room is located in the in the Garden Center. Because of the kitchenette that is attached this area is a perfect setting for baby showers, bridal showers, meetings, or retirement parties.

Amenities
A photo pass (for the reserved room during the rental period), access to the kitchen, tables, and chairs. Table sizes 3'x3' square, 6'x2.5' rectangle, 8'x2.5' rectangle, and 60" rounds.

Hours include set-up and clean-up

One Period (four hours)

8:00 am - 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, and 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

One and a Half Period (six hours)

8:00 am - 2:00 pm, 10:00 pm - 5:00 pm, 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm, and 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

Two Periods (eight hours)

8:00 pm - 5:00 pm, and 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

Rate
An additional after hours fee of $200 will be added for any event taking place Saturday or Sunday after 5:00 pm.

One Period (four hours)

$350 + refundable deposit (both are due at time of booking).

One and a Half Period (six hours)

$450 + refundable deposit (both are due at time of booking).

Two Periods (eight hours)

$550 + refundable deposit (both are due at time of booking).

Deposits

$150 for corporate events or $300 for social events (receptions, memorials, birthday parties, bridal parties etc..)

Add-ons

Brides Room may be rented for an additional $50 per hour.

AV Equipment $25 per hour.

Piano $25.

Coffee Urn $25.

Venue Tours are available Wednesday’s from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm and Saterday's from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, please call the Booking office to schedule a tour. You are welcome to take a self-guided tour anytime during regular business hours.
