Sessions: 19 (Wednesdays 1/18/2017 - 5/31/2017 no class 3/15), Instructor: Rebecca Estes
Students will learn relaxation, complete breathing, and proper body alignment while developing strength and flexibility through basic yoga postures. The class is suitable for newcomers to yoga as well as offering a challenge to people who already practice yoga. Please bring your own mat to class and wear clothing that allows freedom of movement. This course takes place at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden.
