Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice for healing and transformation and is best done outdoors. The exercises are powerful, yet gentle and easy to accomplish. We will practice several styles and forms of Qigong. The benefits are increased energy; greater calmness and self-awareness; balanced hormones; improved strength, stamina, and balance; less joint pain and stiffness; enhanced immunity; better mental functioning; and integration of spiritual and internal energies. Wear comfortable clothing and flat, cushioned shoes to class. Bring water and a mat for sitting on the floor.
