Learn to reduce stress and increase your energy while surrounded by the serene beauty of the Botanic Garden's Japanese Garden. Students will learn a short Yang style T'ai Chi form, Eight Pieces of Brocade Chi Kung, Golden Ball Chi Kung, and other aspects of this ancient Chinese art. Wear loose comfortable clothing and supportive shoes with flat soles.
