Orchid Room


The Orchid Room is located in the in the Garden Center. This venue is the perfect setting for training, meetings, lunches, and interviews.

Amenities
A photo pass (included during your contracted rental time and venue), access to the kitchen, tables, and chairs. Table sizes 3'x3' square, 6'x2.5' rectangle, 8'x2.5' rectangle, and 60" rounds. 

Hours include set-up and clean-up

One Period (four hours)

8:00 am - 12:00 pm, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, and 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

One and a Half Period (six hours)

8:00 am - 2:00 pm, 10:00 pm - 5:00 pm, 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm, and 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

Two Periods (eight hours)

8:00 pm - 5:00 pm, and 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

Rate
An additional after hours fee of $200 will be added for any event taking place Saturday or Sunday after 5:00 pm.

One Period (four hours)

$200 + $300 refundable deposit (both are due at time of booking).

One and a Half Period (six hours)

$300 + $300 refundable deposit (both are due at time of booking).

Two Periods (eight hours)

$400 + $300 refundable deposit (both are due at time of booking).

Add-ons
Brides Room may be rented for an additional $50 for two hours and $25 for every hour after.
LCD Projectors $25.
Piano $10.
Coffee Urn $10.

Venue Tours are available Wednesday’s from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm and Sundays from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, please call the Booking office to schedule a tour. You are welcome to take a self-guided tour anytime during regular business hours.
