Start your week with deliciously relaxing restorative yoga! Gemma Hobbs leads this 75 minute gentle but deep hit, heart and back opening class in the beautiful Japanese Gardens. Open to all levels of practice, this class is a must for athletes, gardeners, or any person that tends to be tight in their low-back, hips or hamstrings. We will spend several minutes in each pose in each area of the body to increase muscle length and smooth out muscle knots. Breath work, a guided meditation and lavender-scented towels are included in each class. Please bring a blanket, block, or pillow to prop your hips and support your back in meditation.
